PR agency, Stone Junction, is looking for an office accountant to
manage, maintain and ensure the smooth running of the organisation's

As a Living Wage employer, Stone Junction's salary for this role begins at £18,500 per year.
Typical activities would include the following:
- Importing all payments and receipts into QuickBooks
- Checking and matching all invoices throughout the month
- Liaise with Stone Junction's accountancy firm on a regular basis
- Chase debtors and ensure all owed payments are obtained
- Produce debtor and invoicing report for managing director
- Collect and file expenses from all staff
- Process salary increases and ensure staff are paid
- Complete quarterly VAT return
Essential skills include proficiency using QuickBooks and AAT Level 3 in Accountancy, AAT Level 4 is preferred.
As Stone Junction's sole accountancy employee, you will be expected to take ownership of the company finances, while liaising with an external accountancy firm. Therefore, confidence, organisation and good communication skills are necessary.
