Dare to win: Best Trade and B2B award win for EU Automation campaign
Midlands-based PR agency wins Best Trade and B2B award
Technology PR agency, Stone Junction has won Best Trade and B2B Campaign at this year's Midlands Public Relations Association Consultancy (PRCA) DARE Awards. The awards, which were judged by a panel of industry experts, celebrate the very best of communications and PR talent across the region. The award ceremony was held at Edgbaston Cricket Ground, Birmingham, on July 6, 2016.
The award for Best Trade and B2B Campaign recognises PR activity focused on the promotion of products and services from one business to another. Stone Junction, which specialises in B2B PR, won the award for its work with longstanding client, EU Automation on its Fables of the Automationcampaign.
Stone Junction's winning campaign included the development of EU Automation's customer magazine, Automated. The print magazine is distributed quarterly to a circulation of 5,000. The company also has a multilingual online content-zone, which Stone Junction writes all of the content for. Alongside this, Stone Junction deployed core PR tactics, including opinion pieces, letters, case studies, news jacking, photo shoots and press releases. The purpose was to increase brand awareness and position EU Automation as a leader in its industry.
The campaign generated media coverage on all but one of the seven continents, including national coverage in The Sunday Times, The Times, The Evening Standard and The Guardian. In total, Stone Junction generated 537 press clippings for EU Automation with a combined reach of 7,327,149.
