Parker Software has appointed IT and technology PR agency Stone Junction to promote the company's digital transformation and business automation tools using content PR, media relations and social media. The appointment comes at the start of what is shaping up to be a bright year for the PR consultancy, which moved to a larger office in the summer of 2015 and won the gold award for best STEM campaign at the CIPR Pride Midlands awards in November.
Founded in 2003, Parker Software provides digital automation, sales engagement, and lead generation software for a broad range of clients across Europe and the USA. Industries served include retail, consumer, financial services and the public sector. After the success of its award-winning live chat software WhosOn, the company developed ThinkAutomation and ProspectAgent, creating a suite of business process automation and lead generation tools.
Parker Software believes that, far from removing the human element from business, instead technology helps to reintroduce the human touch to online interactions. Its software solutions make communication easier, break barriers and drive operational efficiency.
“Stone Junction’s profile as a progressive, award winning agency is what drew us to the company initially,” explained Roxanne Abercrombie, content manager at Parker Software. “Like us, they are quick to react to changes in the marketing landscape and even more enthusiastic to set them in motion."
“Stone Junction works with small businesses as well as global companies, but there’s a sweet spot in the way we work with ambitious SMEs that always results in great service,” expounded Richard Stone, managing director of Stone Junction.
“Winning the CIPR award at the end of last year was a big step on the road to expanding our business,” continued Stone. “It seems to have reinforced the flight to quality we were already experiencing, which has continued with this latest client win.”
